Wow... Yesterday was a very weird/interesting day.
I met up with Jamie, Amy and Zoe and we went around doing random things and eating macdonalds (a pidgeon took a chip from my hands!!!) then we thought we saw Ricky Gervais so we followed him, then we noticed some weird band playing near the clock tower and we noticed the drummer looked bored to we danced and waved to him, haha.
Then we went to Allders and jumped on all these beanie bags, and the security guard started coming over so we legged it and got out of the shop without being seen by any of the workers, that was hilarious.
Blah blah blah yadda yadda yadda me and Jamie started queuing outside The Charlotte cuz we were gonna see Fall Out Boy/My Awesome Compilation and Spitalfield, then Kiz rang and didn't know where The Charlotte was, so Jamie went to find him and I made friends with these random girls then all of a sudden Sophie (random girl #1) was like "OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD! IT'S ANDY FROM FALL OUT BOY!" and lo and behold, Andy from Fall Out Boy walked past, so I said "Hi there Andy from Fall Out Boy!" and he laughed and said hi, that was quite funny.
Then Kiz and Jamie showed up and Patrick (lead singer from Fall Out Boy) walked past, and I was like "Hi Patrick from Fall Out Boy!" And he also laughed and said hi, then Kiz got a hug from him, haha. As more and more people showed up it dawned on us that we were actually at the front of the queue. I was the first person to get in, so naturally me and Jamie claimed a spot right at the front, in the center of the stage, and eventually Kiz, Kirsty, Gough, Andy, Becky, Jaci, Martin and some other random people ended up around us or behind us.
Then some random guy walked on stage and I figured he was in Spitalfield so I started talking to him, and he was John the lead singer - I shook his hand, then the bassist came on and I shook his hand, and etc etc for the rest of the band, haha. They were REALLY good, like seriously better than I expected. Whilst they were playing, me and Jamie began to get slightly uncomfortable, but it wasn't that bad. Then My Awesome Compilation came on, and we all started chatting to them, and I noticed that the keyboardist looked like Eero so I offered him a peardrop and he started giggling and said he was okay. It was really sweet. Then our group made the lead singer give the drummer a lollipop, and I noticed the bass player was right near me so I offered him a peardrop - AND HE TOOK IT!!!!! =D He immediately became my favourite, haha.
THEY WERE SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!! I am so obssessed with them, they were amazing and Becky got the drummers shirt!! We asked the lead singer to tell the crowd to move back slightly and he did, but we were still seriously getting pushed against this barrier in front of us. Then after they finished the lead singer took his guitar pick and held it out to the crowd - AND I GOT IT!!!!! WOOOOOOOOO! It was so cool, then I was chatting to the bassist (Damian) as he was packing up his stuff and I was like "Can I have a hug?" and he was all "Sure!" So he came over and gave me this hug, ignoring all these screaming girls around me, I felt well chuffed =D
5 minutes after MAC went off, the drummer and the replacement guitarist for Fall Out Boy came on, and I could not breathe at all, so we yelled for them to tell the crowd to back off, and the drummer yelled it but then concentrated on putting up his drums. Then we asked the guitarist and he just looked at us like we were stupid and was all "The P.A isn't on."
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER THE P.A IS ON OR NOT YOU RETARDED GUITARIST! WE COULDN'T BREATHE! Argh, he pissed me off sooooo much.
Then I suddenly realised I was going to be sick, so I turned round and (with great difficulty) tried to shove my way to the back of the crowd. I got half way through, stopped, and screamed "OUT OF MY WAY I'M GONNA PUKE!" that seemed to do the trick cuz I didn't have that much trouble after that. Then I got outside and I wondered where Jamie was cause he had been right behind me, then I threw up alot. And I thought I was gonna faint so I sort of staggered back to the entrance and one of the bouncers sat me down and that's about the time when I realised I couldn't move my hand.
FINALLY Jamie managed to get through the crowd, and the bouncers had decided they wanted me to go to the hospital, so they rang my mom and whilst I was waiting for her, I bought a MAC hoodie, because they were brilliant. Then I got taken to hospital and we waited for 3 HOURS to get an X-Ray, and then we got this fucking doctor who could barely speak English, it was SO annoying. It turns out i've just bruised my hand pretty badly, but it hurts like hell!!!
So that was my interesting Saturday! O_o
